~Oh Kie~

Now that you're 1 and you've been walking for a while now, your whole world has a new perspective. You've learned to push Z out of your way and really show him who is boss... which I find very humorous since he has always thought of you as his "toy" since the day we brought you home. He'd push the buttons on your clothes like a buzz lightyear toy expecting you to say "to infinity and beyond!" He'd also lay on top of you and roll you around like a stuffed animal. Of course he was only 15 months old when he met you and you sure have changed since your first encounter. Now he tries to do things that you do, which is funny because that means you have a few "first born" traits.

You do a great job at entertaining the family. No matter what time of day we can always look at you and expect a good laugh. You do things you know you aren't supposed to do, which is cute now but it won't be as cute in a few months. But you are learning quickly and are probably smarter than we think. You do great for keeping up with your big brother and you both know how to make mommy go a little crazy. Sadly enough I know the days are coming ahead where I will be saying... I wish they we little again and the only problem I had was finding them playing in the toilet. So right now I'm learning to enjoy the 2 of you grow up together as best friends and brothers. A bond I never experienced but I am so grateful that you and Z have the priveledge to have this relationship.

You are so sweet and give the best hugs ever! You enjoy just laying your head on my lap and it couldn't mean more to me. I love all your little baby fat and I know that soon you will have walked it all off so I may be kissing those chubby cheeks and squeezing your chunky thighs a little more lately.

Enjoy your year for being 1 and remember that once you turn 2 you don't have to act like your big brother did when he was 2 :) Just stay super sweet forver!
